Our last IT guy took days to respond to my emails and phone calls. He would come in with a list of things that were not working properly and he only fix a few things off that list. His responses to me on a couple issues were usually, 'I am not familiar with that' and, 'You should Google it.' My computer was unbearably slow and our previous IT guy had told me it was because the computer was old.
